On Line Giving
Hello congregants and other potential on line givers to the First Presbyterian Church of Marquette,
We are placing a new “give now” donation button on our church website which will link the potential on line giver to the Presbyterian Foundation giving set up site so that you may be able to set up your on line donations to our church! The national Presbyterian Foundation (based out of Indiana) will keep track of all financial donations to our church and send the donations monthly by direct deposit to the church’s general checking account. I will receive the names/amounts of all donators and other pertinent financial details monthly from the Foundation in order that I can keep track of donors, various categories and the amounts given. The church has agreed to pay the 2% administrative fees to the Foundation for each on line donation. To simplify the initial process, I have divided the choice of giving categories to four main giving sources for our church. The donation link will provide you with the choice of (1) general fund, (2) youth mission, (3) per capita, or (4) memorials.
